"God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them."
Hebrews 6:10
Today's verse gives us a promise: God will not forget the work you do and the love that you show to His people that you serve. Ask God to fill your life with new ways of serving others. Ask God to show you how to balance vocational work, family life and ministry as you do what He has called you to do. Think about the ways that you already serve others with your life. Ask God to open your eyes to new ways to serve Him as you go to make disciples and multiply fellowships around the world.
Disciple's Prayer for Today:
"Father, here I am. I give You all the works of my mind and my hands. Take all I am and use it for Your glory. Let it be said of me that I walked with You and did the works You created me to do. Thank You for sending Jesus to die for me and to fill me with hope and courage to live for You. Direct my vocation, my family life and ministry to be fruitful for Your glory.”
Prayer for the Unreached of the Day:
"Father, I come now and stand in the gap for the Sabean Mandaean peoples of Iraq. Shine Jesus Shine among them! Empower Your laborers to shine for You in their vocational work as well as their witness and ministry.Let Your light be seen and let the eyes of these people be open to the glorious news of the gospel. You are above all and among all and You love all. Jesus be the light among these people and spark a revolution of revival among them that goes from them to other nations and peoples."
