"But I, with shouts of grateful praise, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. I will say, ‘Salvation comes from the Lord.’"Jonah 2:9
We were created to worship God. Today, ask God to fill you to overflowing with more of a knowledge of who He is and then worship Him out of a heart of love and peace. Our worship is a sacrifice that we can lay before our Heavenly Father to show Him our gratitude for all He is and does for us. Today, ask God to show you new ways to worship Him in all you do. Seek to do everything as unto the Lord so that your heart is always praising Him as God and so that other things do not come in and take His rightful place in your heart. Multiply other disciples that join you in shouts of grateful praise to God day by day.
"Father, as I go out today, show me how to foster thankfulness in others to You. Show me how to live my life in such a way that people see that You are the source of all that I am, have, and that it is in You that I find my peace and place in this world. May multiplying movements abound in every people and place that shout to You with grateful praise. In Jesus name I ask, Amen.
Unreached of the Day's Prayer:
Father, the 22,000 Buddhist Yaw peoples of Myanmar have not yet come to know, love and follow Jesus. There are few who know You yet among them. Yet, this is not Your will. Father, let believers be drawn to share Your love with the Yaw in meaningful ways so that they too follow and obey You. May every Yaw man, woman and child have the opportunity to glorify You as they hear, receive faith to believe, and begin to follow Jesus. Let gratitude abound among them as they celebrate Your goodness.
