PRAYER FOR FIELD TEAM:
Father of All, We come to You on behalf of Elijah and ask that You would reveal to him the revelation he needs to evade those who seek his life near Tehran, Iran. Give him strength to recover from the persecution that has come upon his family and help him to rejoice in Your love and comfort today. We ask that You would heal his body and restore his soul.
In Job 33:14 You declare: “For God does speak—now one way, now another—though no one perceives it” and we ask that You would help Elijah to experience Your consistent care, love, and gentle voice in this difficult moment. We also ask that You would protect the family that is “hiding” him from the authorities. Help them to remain hidden in You and hidden from evil. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR FIELD TEAM: Amazing Father, We come to You on behalf of Isaiah and ask that You would sustain him in these dark hours. Your word promises to establish the fear of the Lord as the governing condition of his life, and we ask that as he gathers leaders together in an undisclosed place in southern Iran, they would all seek You wholeheartedly. Help them to align their hearts to Yours and to listen closely to the revelation knowledge You alone can impart to them.
Psalm 25:14 declares: “The Lord confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them” and we thank You for this great promise. Make way for Isaiah and his leaders tonight as they gather and cry out to You for wisdom and direction. Give them favor and understanding so that they can stand with many who are suffering among them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR FIELD TEAM: God of All Comfort, We intercede today on behalf of Rachel and her siblings who have lost their parents in the Iran war. Thank You for guiding them into our care and allowing us to provide food, water, and trauma care for them in these tragic moments. And for the house church family who took Rachel and her three siblings in, grant them favor and provision in the days ahead. Give patience to this new “blended” family as they navigate an uncertain future.
Your Word gives hope in Psalm 32:8: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Thank You for casting Your loving eyes on Rachel and her brothers and sisters. Thank You for granting understanding and empathy to the house church family who welcomed them. Now grant us the courage to pray for their healing and for provision in these dark moments. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR FIELD TEAM: God of Grace, We come to You on behalf of Dawood and the university ministry he leads in Khorramabad, Iran. As the students fight off the fear and trauma that comes with war, open their hearts to Your love and kindness. By Your grace and mercy, use them to help remove confusion and distress that has engulfed so many. We ask for You to open doors of ministry so that Dawood and his team can open a House of Prayer, Worship, and Intercession.
In Psalm 73:17 it declares: “Then I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood…” and we petition You for a space, a sanctuary, where You might be exalted and where worship of Your Name can bring peace and forgiveness. Bring the volunteers to make this into a “house of prayer for all nations.” In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR FIELD TEAM: Eternal Wise God, We come to You on behalf of Abigail and ask that You minister Your kindness and strength to the other mothers she mentors near Hamadan, Iran. Grant them favor as they continue to meet together in underground house churches during this time of tumult and danger. Many have lost family and loved ones and are struggling to assume new responsibilities in their homes.
As Your Word declares in Isaiah 42:9, “See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.” In the midst of such hardship and pain, be with Abigail, fill her with joy and new doors of ministry to nearby family and friends. Show them Your future and the steps they should take to rebuild their present and their future. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
